This year’s exhibitor list for the Travel Technology Europe 2010 show reflects the growing imfluence of viral digital marketing.

One of the show’s headline sponsors, Stoke-on-Trent-based Koko Digital, has produced Beach Ballin’, a viral advergame designed to boost interest in the show.

Koko, which counts cheapflights.co.uk, Gold Medal, netflights.com, Seasons Holidays, the BBC, confused.com, Epson and Sony Music among its clientele, is typical of a new breed of exhibitor.

Travel Technology Europe 2010 director Neil Simpson said: "We have a good mix of exhibitors. On the technology side we have the likes of Comtec, Traveltec, Cogent, Top Dog and Multicom.

Neil Simpson, director, Travel Technology Europe 2010, the show organisers said: "But this year we have seen an increase on digital and viral marketing companies who want to work with the travel sector."
