Syntec Telecom will be showcasing its mobile payment platform CardEasy at Travel Technology Europe next week.

The PCI-compliant keypad payment system enables customers to enter their payments details and security number mid-call meaning agents are not able to see the information.

In addition the card payment data is not stored on any of the firm’s systems and is not recorded as part of the sales call.

Once the payment is made and processed the sales agent, who can offer advice throughout, is informed and can complete the call.

A CardEasy autopay version has been developed for balance payment or out of hours payments where no agent is required.

CardEasy integrates with Syntec’s core AgentCall contact centre management system, which works with existing phone systems on a Software as a Service basis to manage and distribute calls, webchat, email and SMS and other services including.

Syntec Telecom’s clients include Teletext Holidays and Icelolly in the travel sector as well as Lovefilm, Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts, Moneysupermarket.com, Breast Cancer Care and Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Syntec will be on stand B18 at TTE which will marks its 10th anniversary at Earl’s Court on February 5 and 6.
