Rewards programme operator Webloyalty has announced an expansion into the Republic of Ireland.

The new territory, where it already has an existing customer in Ryanair, takes the UK firm’s overseas markets to six along with France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Brazil.

In Ireland Webloyalty will offer its Complete Savings and Shopper Discounts & Rewards programmes to help drive repeat business for its customers.

Guy Chiswick, managing director of Webloyalty UK and Ireland, said: “We are thrilled to be able to bring our expertise in driving new online revenue streams to Irish businesses.

“We will be helping Ryanair and other online retail and travel businesses build stronger relationships with their customers by providing them with consistent, reliable discounts so that they can get the best deals on everything from fashion to electronics or homeware.”

Webloyalty has worked with Ryanair since June 2009.

The airline’s head of communications, Robin Kiely said: “Ryanair already saves Irish passengers over €400m every year with our ultra-low cost fares and we’re delighted to now offer them the chance to join Webloyalty’s Complete Savings programme.”
