HotelAir, operator of one of the fastest growing B2B booking tools in Romania, has strengthened a deal with Travelport.

HotelAir will also become a local source of hotel content for Travelport’s hotel booking engine Travelport Rooms and More as part of the multi-year agreement.

Company chief executive Ioannis Ioannidis said: “As a result of working with Travelport for over five years, we have consistently grown our business during this time.

“The most successful business relationships are built on trust and we have no doubt that working with Travelport will continue to deliver excellent results for us.”

Travelport managing director, eastern Europe Marcin Pilarski added: “HotelAir has built a strong reputation in Romania and beyond, and we are delighted to be their chosen technology partner.

“Our customers across the region tell us that our content and technology is the best available and significant renewals such as this clearly demonstrate that.”
