Independent winter sports operator Skiworld has implemented a new sales and management system along with online booking functionality.
A post-booking B2C and B2B customer self-service tool is included in the ‘My Skiworld’ e-commerce functionality developed by technology provider TigerBay which is embedded in the pre-existing Skiworld website.
The system enables the company to manage yield with the flexibility to update prices as required.
Skiworld managing director Sarah Searson said: "We have some specific system requirements which enable us to differentiate our product from others in the market and TigerBay have worked with us to find the appropriate solution to manage this effectively.
“We look forward now to benefiting from the operational efficiency and increased sales and marketing opportunities we believe the system will provide us with.”
