Conrad Hotels & Resorts has upgraded its mobile concierge app to include functionality for meeting and events planners.
The Conrad Meetings enhancement enables mobile users to search Conrad’s 23 hotel properties across the world.
The Hilton-owned brand said the app provided a direct line to a hotel’s in-house event manager from the initial inquiry through to the hotel’s delivery.
It added that meeting planners would now also have a streamlined communication tool to reach event attendees to share everything from itinerary items to updates in real-time.
John Vanderslice, global head of Conrad Hotels & Resorts, said: “Meeting and event planners have plenty to consider when flawlessly executing a successful event, wedding, or conference.
“We’re committed to shortening the time between request and execution and making information more readily available, whether planners are en route to their next event or multi-tasking during a client meeting.”
Conrad Meetings allows potential group guests to view hotel capacity charts for meeting room size, request proposals for group events, and receive information on floor plans, special offers, weddings, social events, and more.
