Comtec reveals Gateway system

Comtec has unveiled a new product that will allow clients to incorporate all their existing tools into one piece of technology.
The Wales-based travel technology specialist released the Travel Gateway system at this week’s Travel Technology Show.
The product is the first major piece of kit produced since Comtec hired Humphrey Sheil as its new chief technical officer last year.
Travel Gateway will let clients incorporate existing products such as EasySell, WebSell and Travelink, as well as other 3rd party providers into a single unit.
Sheil said: “The Travel Gateway is built with scalability and robustness in mind and uses XML open standards, reflecting our strategy to deliver the most flexible and comprehensive leisure distribution platform in the industry.”
