Conferma signs major deal with Advantage

Travel agent consortium Advantage has signed a partnership with Conferma for it to supply hotel booking systems to 800 UK travel agents.
The appointment follows a lengthy trial process involving both companies ahead of the deal being signed this week.
The system created by Conferma allows agents to search and book room inventory via GDSs and web rates.
Advantage technology manager, Jon Smiles, said: “We have conducted detailed benchmarking with a number of other Companies in the sector and found Conferma to be a far superior product.
“Its solution is fast, accurate and flexible thereby dramatically reducing the burden of booking and reconciliation for our travel agents.”
