Lanyon has landed a “significant” contract with corporate booking firm Hotelscene to power its Request for Proposal systems.

The multi-year deal will see Lanyon fulfilling travel requirements for blue chip companies such as BT, Jarvis and EDS.

Lanyon’s Control Centre system will be integrated giving Hotelscene access to around 40,000 hotels around the world.

Lanyon executive vice president Roland Tanner said: “Hotelscene is a leading player in online corporate booking services and we are delighted to be working with them in supporting their corporate customers and helping them create efficiencies in their RFP process.

“Hotelscene understand the importance of creating value for the corporate travel manager, and gaining access to Lanyon’s hotel base of 40,000 hotels users whilst using Lanyon’s RFP Control Centre tool to create efficiencies in the process is one of the keys to success.”
