Comtec upgrades EasySell system

Comtec will unveil a major upgrade to its EasySell product during the World Travel Market exhibition in London next week.
The enhanced system will allow agents to build dynamically packaged holidays or component-build trips in real time using low-cost or charter carrier airfares and bedbanks.
The web-based product will also give agents access to legacy viewdata and operator systems in one system.
Comtec sales director Howard Frost said: “With this release, EasySell now uses the same dynamic packaging engine that we deliver to tour operators via our Travelink system.
“This is an ongoing process and we’re looking forward to releasing further enhancements to our travel agency selling systems during the coming months.”
