Travel.co.uk appoints marketing manager

Travel.co.uk has hired ex-Teletext Holidays executive Vicky Smith as its first marketing manager.
Smith will have responsibility for trade marketing as well as customer relationship marketing.
Most recently she worked for Volunteer Travel but has also held e-commerce marketing roles at Virgin Holidays and Teletext Holidays.
Smith joins managing director Ray Mason and technology specialist Mike Ramsden at the start-up, which is scheduled to go live within weeks.
