Destination services agency dosomethingdifferent.com is to launch in Spain and the Canary Islands following strong growth in its existing markets.

The trade and consumer-facing website will allow consumers to book around 70 products on the Spanish mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands as part of its continued plans for expansion.

The overall portfolio of destination services will be boosted to a total of around 1,600 with the inclusion of new Spanish products.

Spanish products will include football stadium tours, culture trips and walking tours.

Commercial director Ian Coyle said: “Following feedback and demand from many trade partners, Dosomethingdifferent.com is pleased to launch this new Spanish content, opening up new commission earning opportunities, along with product differentiators on the content front against their own competitors.”

The company is expected to add to its short haul programme during the rest of 2008.”
