Travolution has secured another top industry speaker for the line-up for this year’s one day Summit.

Mike Fridgen, product manager of Bing Travel, has completed the line up in a morning session called Innovations.

He will join Steve Ricketts, head of third party services at Orange UK, in the session that will be chaired by Tim Russell, UK general manager of Amadeus.

TWGroup chief executive Simon Ferguson said: "This year’s line-up is developing into our strongest in the five years we have run the event and as a result we are seeing very high demand from delegates."

Fridgen joins other speakers already confirmed for the event including former defence secretary Michael Portillo, UK head of Google Matt Brittin and Moneysupermarket founder Simon Nixon.

He has over 10 years experience in online travel in various general management and marketing roles. He joined Microsoft as part of the acquisition in April 2008 of Farecast, where he was vice president of marketing and product development overseeing the consumer web experience, advertising and marketing.

Previously he ran online marketing and distribution for Alaska Airlines and had product marketing positions with Expedia and National Leisure Group.

Fridgen received his MBA from Harvard Business School and BA in business administration from the University of Washington.

The Summit takes place at the Renaissance Chancery Court in April 20. Delegates can book online.
