Elegant Resorts adds high def video to website

High definition video clips of properties are being included on Elegant Resorts’ trade and consumer-facing websites.
The HD film clips showcase the accommodation, room categories and facilities of each featured property.
The footage is divided into small clips that last between 30 and 60 seconds. The luxury operator will also use the facility as a training tool for agents.
The company claims the video content would be “invaluable” for agents to help them describe properties more accurately when discussing options with clients.
Commercial director Alison Scott said the new dimension to the company’s online offering would give clients a “real feel” for available properties and help them ensure they book the ideal resort for their holiday.
“Whether they call through to our agents or log on to our website, they will now have the best possible insight into what their accommodation will look like. We are delighted to be able to offer this new and useful function to our website,” she said.
